When do I get charged?
Immediately upon subscribing and then your recurring charge will be on the 1st of the following month.
What if I subscribe after the 1st?
Your order rolls into next month’s box, and billing begins the following cycle.
When will my box ship?
Boxes ship by the 10th (or next business day if it falls on a weekend).
Example:
If you order on July 27th, 2026
• Ships: August 10
• 1st Recurring: Renews on September 1st
If you order on August 2nd - August 31st, 2026...
• Ships: Sept 10
• 1st Recurring: Renews on October 1st
